How to Transition from Winter to Spring in Style
Photography by Moritz Lips. Written by Oliver Lips.
While most spring and summer collections are already available in store, the temperatures don't seem to give up on winter just yet, as recent snowfalls have shown. Therefore I'll share with you four simple styling tips on how to wear the latest spring fashion - even in low temperatures - without freezing.
Thick Fabrics / Materials - Springlike Colours
Some fashionistas and fashionistos show off the shortest and airiest summer clothes in freezing temperatures during fashion week, only because they hope that a couple of street style photographers will take their picture. Now that doesn't seem too inviting, does it? I mean let's be honest, how often has it happened to you that you've been cornered by a horde of photographers after leaving your apartment? Because of that and the danger of getting a cold, the following applies: always dress warm enough.
You're best advised with coats, jackets and knitwear in springlike or bright colors and made out of thicker fabrics that you can easily combine to a pair of jeans (all-season classic) and some sneakers or boots.
