I was really looking forward to the Henrik Vibskov show that day as I love his prints. You don't see something new, it's always his handwriting. I loved the prints and fabrics he worked with, also the shapes he created are very interesting and different from others. I guess this collection was kind of African inspired, not only because of the hats, but also because of the setting and the colorful clothes.
The show took place in an old factory located out in Christianshavn. Definitively a super cool venue, but it was very crowded and therefore extremely hot inside while we had to wait for the show to begin. That evening I also met Yvan Rodic a.k.a. Facehunter and David from Dandy Diary. All in all a great first day at Copenhagen Fashion Week!
