Happy New Year from both of us - I hope you all had a great start into 2016! We spent New Year's Eve cooking with some of our closest friends at home and then continued celebrating at another friends place with fireworks and quite an amount of champagne (hangover the next day included).
The beginning of a new year is always a great time to reflect on the past one, to see what you've achieved and be greatful for the things you experienced and the people you shared those experiences with. But definitively also a time to lookout for the year ahead of you! Personally I hope to continue the path we're on with our blog, but also to travel more, meet lots of new people and work on exciting projects, some of which we've already started preparing in the old year.
Also I wish to give back a little bit more this year. In the town where we live there are refugee's staying at emergency accommodations that are certainly better than living in a country destroyed by war, but still no one would ever feel truly at home there. So to bring a little bit of joy we've decided to give away some of our clothes and shoes to them. It may not be much, but I guess every bit helps.
