Lately I have been on a 70’s trip – from music to fashion to interior. It’s not like I’m following the trend that is still going strong in fashion, but I just like the mood in general. I especially find the interpretation of the 1970’s in today’s time quite interesting – the washed out colors, the crazy prints and laid-back cuts, but all with a modern touch.
Even my saved songs and “Discover Weekly” playlists on Spotify are slowly, but surely going back in time. Songs such as Fly Like An Eagle, Hotel California, Sultans Of Swing, Driver’s Seat, Do It Again, The Passenger, Rich Girl, September, Blinded By The Light and many more now all find a dear spot on my playlist.
So being inspired by this kind music I chose to wear a geometrically printed shirt under a denim jacket, a pair of jeans and my beloved suede loafers, while being out and about in some shady London side-alley.
Also I'm curious to hear what your favorite song from the 70's is? Let me know!
