Lanzarote, March 2016

To me Lanzarote means escaping. Not only am I escaping from the European winter, but also the daily routines. Soaking up some sun and letting the creative energies flow. I kind of feel home whenever we’re there. Apart from having my 92-year-old grandma living there during winter the whole atmosphere of the island gives me a home-like feeling. I love the dry and hot climate, the volcanic stone that keeps the flora to a minimum as well as the plain white houses. I must admit that I’m not a big fan of the Spanish kitchen apart from tapas, but that’s the advantage of renting a house – for the second time we were staying at the beautiful Alondra Villas y Suites where each house comes with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room and to top things off, a private pool.
I don’t think there is much more to say, only that we are very excited to show you all the cool editorials as well as a short film we shot there last week, so definitively stay tuned!
